MARCH 2003 Most pix supplied by Malcolm Douglas Both CTK and www.tatraclub.at report that the depot of the Tatra Museum, in fact the old museum, has been severely damaged when the roof collapsed under the weight of heavy snow. It is feared that the building is written of. Damage to the stored vehicles, including a T 700 is unknown, byt several prototypes seems to be damaged. Stanislav Monsport, acting as spokesman, said that the old museum housed 36 cars, four carriages and a number of railcars. All the Tatra vehicles owned by the museum are not insured as it is too costly. see also www.tatraclub.at
