We know that the author of this sentence has some credits in the automotive world, but I don’t expect we will ever see this phrase in a Tatra museum.

Just read the autobiography on Andre Levebvre, chief technical designer for the Traction Avant, The 2CV and the DS. Hmmm, maybe Enzo (no aviator) would have liked also reading it. I consider “sur baissez” much more important than the position of the engine, before the front axle or just behind it, in the midth or behind. Ofcourse behind the rear axle is asking for trouble. Anyway, it’s a very funny phrase and making clear the passion of Mr Ferrari. I like radical thoughts and applied into cars. This is what makes carhistory interesting. And with the upcoming electrical motor what is more important? Aerodynamics or engines? Four electric motors in each wheel seems to me the best solution. Anyway, thanks Mr Levebvre, Mr Ferrari (I prefer Mr Bugatti) , Mr Ledwinka and of course Paul Jarray who knew it all lang, lang ago.
