Just five days later, at the traditional ascension weekend, the TFI organized their annual meeting, “the three river meeting,” at the beautiful Hunsrück, between the river Rhine and river Mosel valleys. The three-day event led the international Tatra community from the U.K, Switserland, Austria, Luxemburg, Czech Republic, Holland and Germany along twisty roads to both the Rhine and Mosel valleys. Copulous dining and whine was not forgotten. We saw an Austro Tatra T57L, a recently restored wonderful T 97, a T87, a T77a, two T75 convertibles, a T57 sport, a T57 semi-convertible, several Tatraplans of which one housed a T 603 engine, and some T603s and T613s. Georg Metlicka presented his freshly restored golden T603.

Czech military taking over Tatra trucks again

Tatra to use most of 2007 net profit to cover previous losses
