Management Changes The Supervisory Board of TATRA, a. s., Koprivnice dismissed on February 21 Zbynek Keisler, one Board of Directors´ member. Fil Filipov the Chairman of the Supervisory Board proposed the election of Miroslav Krizek, Engineering Director, as the replacement for Zbynek Keisler. The Board of Directors has three members at the moment: the Chairman of the Board is Igor Vlcek and members are Martin Adamec and Miroslav Krizek. The Board of Directors subsequently removed Zbynek Keisler from the office of Commercial Director and split the marketing and sales responsibilities in the interest of continuing effort to grow the truck business and react quicker to the customer needs: Commercial trucks sales – Ludek Krejci Military trucks sales and special projects – Jan Vala Spare parts sales – Jiri Krupa These three managers are subordinated directly to the Board of Directors.
